Twice a week, join me live online for 30-minute stretching and mobilisation classes. I will take you through a variety of exercises designed to increase your range of motion and reduce the risk of injury from running.

A private Facebook where daily focus stretches are given, reflections on classes are shared and where like-minded people support each other on their journey.
