Who is the Stretching and Mobility Program for?

The stretching and mobility program is for those runners who want to go that extra mile to improve their running. Those runners who want to keep running for as long as possible!

Decreases muscle stiffness and increases range of motion.

May reduce the risk of injury

Improves mechanical efficiency and overall functional performance

Improves posture and helps relieve post-run aches and pains.

How to get started!

Key event

Choose your key event/s to train for.

Count the weeks.

Count the number of weeks back from your event and purchase the correct number of weeks for which you want the program.


You choose how you pay!

Choose weekly payments or pay in full and get a discount! Email Isobel to get started and to set up payments.

Look out for!

A questionnaire will be coming your way to ensure the stretching program suits you and your event.

Vdot app

An invitation to join the Vdot app will be coming once you pay the set up fee.

Plan early!

Please purchase your plan at least a week ahead to allow time to create your program!

A link will be sent to you to join the private Facebook group.

Videos of all exercises

Follow the program, using the videos to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly.
