A hands-on 90 minute session for beginners and new users of hiking poles, as well as experienced runners wanting to refine their skills. You will learn how to use poles correctly on technical and non-technical trails, whether running or hiking. Poles are only useful if you can use them confidently and correctly! This session will help you gain that confidence and skill with hiking poles. We will also learn techniques for ascending and descending hills without poles quickly, safely and efficiently.
Classes capped at 10 participants. Time for questions related to running and racing at the end!
