Who is the Strength Program for?

Strength training is extremely beneficial from a performance standpoint as it improves running economy and builds resistance to injury, and runners who do not actively incorporate it into their training program are at a significant disadvantage to those who do. This program is for any runner who wants to improve their running economy, reduce the risk of injury and become a better all-round athlete.

How to get started!

Key event

Choose your key event/s to train for.

Count the weeks.

Count the number of weeks back from your event and purchase the correct number of weeks for which you want the program.
