Who is the Cycling Program for?

This is for runners who know that to build that additional strength and endurance, going for the odd easy ride on the bike path will not do you that much good. They know they need a plan to get effective cycling workouts that complement their running.

How to get started!

Key event

Choose your key event/s to train for.

Count the weeks.

Count the number of weeks back from your event and purchase the correct number of weeks for which you want the program.

Choose weekly payments or pay in full and get a discount! Email Isobel to get started and to set up payments.
